摘要: Detections of mutations in the protease gene human immunodeficiency virus type 1 plasma and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were sought two matched populations 23 individuals receiving combination drug therapy with or without inhibitors. In control group (23 patients not inhibitors), no primary resistance found. contrast, (especially at codons M46, V82, L90) found 16 (70%) treated 30% cases, these detected but PBMC.
