摘要: Purpose – The aim of this study is to compare the diffusion certifications under two quality management systems (QMSs) in tourism sector Spain: generic ISO 9001 international standard; and Spanish industry‐specific “Q” standard.Design/methodology/approach pursues objective by comparing logistic curves dissemination standards using data obtained from official sources.
