摘要: Phellinone, a new furanone derivative, has been isolated from the stem-cooked rice culture broth ofPhellinus linteus KT&GPL-2. Phellinone was purified by consecutive solvent partition, silica gel, preparative TLC and HPLC. The structure of phellinone assigned as derivative on basis various spectroscopic analyses, including Mass NMR spectroscopies. Its molecular weight formula were found to be 248 C15H20O3, respectively, showed antimicrobial activity againstBacillus subtilis IAM 1090.
