摘要: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is characterised by the occurrence of patchy CNS demyelinating lesions, leading to various degrees motor, sensory, affective, and cognitive deficits. MS associated also with an increased risk suicide accounting for a substantial rate death among these patients. Post-mortem studies in victims psychiatric disorders demonstrate decreased concentration serotonin (5-HT) its metabolites brain.
