摘要: We correlated the in vivo 1H Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) concentration of choline peak (CHO) with vitrochemical measures choline-containing compounds and a histological grade cellularity 18 patients neoplastic infectious brain lesions. Gas-chromatography-mass-spectrometry (GCMS) was used to measure concentrations free (Cho), glycerophosphocholine (GPCho), phosphocholine (PCho) phosphatidylcholine (PtdCho) from biopsies same area where MRS performed. Cellular density, Cho, PCho GPCho were strongest determinants CHO while PtdCho not. Just as 2.0 reflects both n-acetyl-1-aspartate neuronal 3.2 water-soluble cellular density.
