摘要: Measurement of the gastric transmucosal potential difference (PD) was used to study effect antisecretory prostaglandins on integrity mucosa Heidenhain pouch dog. Intragastric administration SC-29333 [(+/-)-15-deoxy-16-alpha,beta-hydroxy-16-methyl PGE1 methyl ester] slightly but significantly increased PD when compared vehicle control. In addition, administered either intravenously or intragastrically, inhibited fall induced by aspirin, a well-established barrier breaker. contrast, intragastric 16,16-dimethyl PGE2 ester (Me-PGE2) lowered and failed modify actions aspirin mucosa. However, intravenous prostaglandin did not affect basal values. These studies suggest that may strengthen mucosal against this could have important therapeutic potential.
