摘要: Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is a neurotrophin which has been suggested to play crucial role in the development and maintenance of inner ear. In present study, we investigated expression mRNAs BDNF its high-affinity receptor trkB vestibuloauditory system adult bullfrog. situ hybridization was performed using riboprobes transcribed from Xenopus cDNA clones. mRNA expressed sensory epithelia ampullary cristae, utricular saccular maculae, lagena, amphibian basilar papillae. Strong for also found neuron somata nuclear complex. detected all vestibular auditory endorgans. High levels both were ganglion cells. These results support hypothesis that participates neurons may be important trophic regulation this animal model.
