摘要: Abstract A novel biodegradable copolymer was synthesized from poly(vinyl alcohol) and poly( p -dioxanone) by ring-opening polymerization. The molecular structure of the characterized one- two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy. results differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) show that amphiphilic comb grafted make its crystalline behavior different homopolymer (PPDO). in vitro degradation rate copolymers can be controlled via adjusting number length PPDO segments PVA- g -PPDO copolymers. has a potential application biomedical materials or release drug.
