摘要: Cancers of the brain comprise a genetically and morphologically heterogeneous class proliferating neural cells derived from incompletely differentiated tumor stem (BTSCs). The molecular genetic mechanisms that contribute to their development propagation are understood, however, current research is expanding our knowledge as what specific gene activation deactivation triggered during onset cell neoplasia. Apparently, only relatively small populations BTSCs capable driving proliferative invasive nature these cancers, intrinsic ability reinitiate propagate aberrant growth at any metabolic cost. This chapter provides overview expression patterns in glioma glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), with special emphasis on messenger RNA (mRNA) micro (miRNA) speciation abundance, how recent understanding mRNA–miRNA interactions have increased comprehension this insidious neoplastic process.
