Preliminary study of fungal spores by pyrolysis-gas chromatography

摘要: Abstract Fungal spores of 32 different species were examined by pyrolysis-gas chromatography. Protein extracts cap, stalk, gills or tubes parts Agaricales analysed electrophoresis. It was found that the most interesting traces those representing sporuliferae fungus. Although still preliminary, results show in general pyrograms provide characteristic “fingerprint” information, e.g., for two varieties Amanita and Russula . Other pyrograms, from some Boletus Lepiota species, similar to each other it impossible observe significant differences.
