Grouping and identification of Tuber species using RAPD markers

摘要: Mycorrhizal fungi of the genus Tuber are classified by morphological characters that allow differentiation most species. However, some economically important species difficult to differentiate on grounds. When traits not sufficient discriminate between taxa, other markers needed. Genetic variation fruit bodies 12 taxa was studied random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. High interspecific variability observed Moreover, infraspecific occurred in all species, except brumale s.L, melanosporum, and magnatum.
