摘要: Summary Electrophoretic analysis of isozymes was used to characterize and identify some Tuber species. Ascocarps, mycelial cultures mycorrhizas were studied using 5 isozyme systems (MDH, GPI, NADP-GDH, SOD, ACP). Electrophoresis carried out on starch gels, Polyacrylamide gels agarose-polyacryiamide gels. All (except SOD) showed a broad intraspecific variability, among ascocarps. However, SOD homogeneous for species but heterogeneous between different This system can be elaborate biochemical identification key. The statistical indicated close similarity taxa (T. aestivum-T. uncinaturm) distinguished others brumale-T. moschatum). MDH, NADP-GDH patterns ascocarps are similar. the only which could detected in ectomycorrhizas.
