Synthesis, Characterization and Antitumor Activity of Lanthanum （III） Complex with Demethylcantharidate

摘要: A novel complex of lanthanum(Ⅲ) with demethylcantharidate group (DCA), Na[La(DCA)2(H2O)], was synthesized in aqueous solution and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR, UV, 1H-NMR spectra TG-DTA. The results suggest that lanthanum ion is seven-coordinated. Six oxygen atoms are from carboxyl groups cyclic ethers two DCA ligand, on a H2O. antitumor activities the against HL-60 human leukemia, BGC-823 gastric carcinoma, Bel-7402 hepatic Hela cervical carcinoma were investigated MTT or SRB assays. Na[La(DCA)2(H2O)] exhibits stronger inhibition certain kinds cancer cells than Na2DCA vitro.
