摘要: The effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on gastric acid secretion was correlated with the morphological changes apical pole rat parietal cells studied by transmission electron microscopy. Gastric stimulated histamine, carbachol, pentagastrin, and insulin-induced hypoglycemia, estimated continuous recording pH variations luminal perfusate. EGF inhibits in these conditions. action hormone also results arrest or reversal shape undergone as they go into secretion. In view evidence involving cytoskeletal elements generation structural alterations, our observations suggest that may be a consequence general this function.
