摘要: Milk proteins have attracted extensive interest in terms of their bioavailability following ingestion. Enzymatic digestion dairy products generates numerous peptides with various biological activities. Both human milk and infant formulas based on cow's are potential sources bioactive peptides. This review aims to present current knowledge the formation fate from feeds intended for infants. Emphasis is placed source nutritional impact cow milk-based health being critically discussed that perspective. Furthermore, effect processing vitro or vivo release availability sequences evaluated. Considerable differences respect metabolic effects between biologically active fragments generated ingestion documented. Peptides protein bovine origin could be a valuable supplement as multiple health-promoting properties attributed peptide fractions identified standard formulas.
