摘要: Recent advance of bioinformatics and analytical apparatuses such as next generation DNA sequencer (NGS) mass spectrometer (MS) has brought a big wave comprehensive study to biology. Comprehensive targeting all genes, transcripts (RNAs), proteins, metabolites, hormones, ions or phenotypes is called genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, hormonomics, ionomics phenomics, respectively. These omics are powerful approaches identify key genes for important traits, clarify events physiological mechanisms reveal unknown metabolic pathways in crops. Recently, the use approach increased dramatically fruit tree research. Although most reported studies on trees proteomics few hormonomics ionomics. In this article, we reviewed recent major trees, i.e. citrus, grapevine rosaceae trees. The effectiveness prospects research will well be highlighted.
