摘要: Copper is an essential micronutrient that functions as enzymatic cofactor in a wide range of cellular processes. Although adequate Cu levels are for normal metabolism, excess can be toxic to cells. Cellular responses copper deficiency and overload involve changes the expression genes directly indirectly involved metabolism.
