摘要: Copper is an essential micronutrient that functions as enzymatic cofactor in a wide range of cellular processes. Although adequate Cu levels are for normal metabolism, excess can be toxic to cells. Cellular responses copper deficiency and overload involve changes the expression genes directly indirectly involved metabolism. However little known on effect physiological concentration gene changes. In current study we aimed establish whether encoding enzymes related cholesterol (hmgcs1, hmgcr, fdft) fatty acid biosynthesis LDL receptor induced by iso-physiological concentration. The was determined bioavailable plasmatic healthy adult population. doing so, two blood cell lines (Jurkat THP-1) were exposed 6 or 24 h iso- supraphysiological concentrations. Our results indicated cells early induction lipid metabolism not mediated itself but modification redox status. Thus our contributed understand involvement regulation under conditions.
