摘要: In the hematologic malignant diseases, specific cytogenetic abnormalities correlate with clinical, morphologic, and immunophenotypic features. Although relatively little is known regarding karyotypic pattern of Hodgkin's disease, it clear that involvement chromosomes in numerical structural nonrandom. Hyperdiploidy a characteristic feature disease observed 70 per cent tumors have an abnormal karyotype. A gain 1, 2, 5, 12, 21 recurring abnormality; rearrangements involving chromosome 1 are frequently observed. Perhaps as result small number cases been analyzed, not yet identified; has also possible to determine whether various histologic subtypes characterized by unique abnormalities. The prognostic significance unclear; however, preliminary results suggest karyotype may importance this disease. correlation clinical morphologic features will be essential evaluating biologic chromosomal
