摘要: ABSTRACT- The effect of 2 central nervous system glycolipids (cere-broside and ganglioside) on the encephalitogenic activity bovine myelin basic protein (MBP) was studied in guinea pigs. Mixing each these with MBP injection mixtures Freund's incomplete adjuvent (FIA) abrogated resistance to encephalomyelitis upon challenge complete adjuvant (FCA). Primary glycolipid-MBP FCA diminished clinical signs experimental allergic (EAE) as compared primary FCA. Considering amount ganglioside needed optimally induce effects, this phenomenon seemed be aspecific. However, cerebroside, only minor quantities were sufficient, suggesting specific interaction protein. In several aspects, close correlation found between cellular immune measured by skin reactivity development EAE.
