摘要: Chronic endometritis is often identified in the patients with unexplained infertility, and histopathologically characterized by infiltration of plasmacytes within endometrial stroma. In parallel stromal plasmacyte infiltration, functional layer chronic invaded B cells, which are a rare leukocyte subset residing basal nonpathological endometrium. this study, we investigated molecular expression underlying unusual increase cells endometritis. Twenty-two out 76 infertile were diagnosed from endometrium contained numerous B-cell aggregates glandular single cells. However, other major subsets, including T natural killer macrophages, neutrophils comparable densities The microvascular endothelium showed immunoreactivity to adhesion molecule selectin E chemokine CXCL13 along CXCL1 epithelium endometritis, but not Lipopolysaccharide significantly induced surface secretion uterine endothelial epithelial vitro. These findings indicated that aberrant local microenvironment triggered possibly bacterial infection has role selective extravasation circulating
