摘要: The protective effect of vitamin D against several cancers including colorectal cancer is modulated by the receptor (VDR) and its ligand, active form D. VDR response has been found to play a role in various genes encoding proteins involved crucial cellular pathways. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) gene that modulate activity are located promoter region, exons 2–9, their vicinity also 3′UTR region. Some them have previously studied relation susceptibility prognosis. aim our study was investigate four polymorphisms, BsmI, ApaI, TaqI, FokI, Polish patients with sporadic evaluate association cancer. We significant between BsmI genotype (individuals bb more susceptible compared those other genotypes, p = 0.025, Fisher’s exact test for 2 × table). Also, TT at TaqI AA ApaI correlated higher risk (p 0.00071 1.0 10−5, respectively). relatively strong linkage disequilibrium loci (T A t a, Both these associated do not observe any such FokI polymorphism. In conclusion, small modification expression may multipathway process as tumorigenesis.
