摘要: Abstract Study Objective To evaluate and compare interobserver variation in endometrial pattern recognition with hysteroscopy (HY) transvaginal sonography (TVS) gel infusion (GIS) regard to the diagnosis of pathology. Design Prospective study (Canadian Task Force II-1). Setting University clinic. Patients One hundred twenty-two consecutive women postmenopausal bleeding an endometrium thickness ≥ 5 mm. Intervention Two observers using HY 2 others TVS GIS evaluated recorded video clips. In patients hyperplasia or between low presence additional polyps when used. These call attention need systematic methods improve reliability recognition.
