摘要: Abstract Study Objective To evaluate and compare interobserver variation in endometrial pattern recognition with hysteroscopy (HY) transvaginal sonography (TVS) gel infusion (GIS) regard to the diagnosis of pathology. Design Prospective study (Canadian Task Force II-1). Setting University clinic. Patients One hundred twenty-two consecutive women postmenopausal bleeding an endometrium thickness ≥ 5 mm. Intervention Two observers using HY 2 others TVS GIS evaluated recorded video clips. Interobserver agreement regarding findings obtained TVS, GIS, for a cancer, hyperplasia, polyps, no pathology was expressed by κ coefficients compared. Measurement Main Results (κ) as follows: identification normal endometrium: (.74), (.68), (.48); cancer: (.56), (.59), (.34); classification all categories pathology: (.70), (.47), (.41) (p  Conclusion Observer both reliable but poor HY, especially cancer. In patients hyperplasia or between low presence additional polyps when used. These call attention need systematic methods improve reliability recognition.
