摘要: During pathological conditions, extracellular-5'-nucleotidase/CD73 can protect neurons by reducing the permeability of blood brain barrier. In recent years, it has been demonstrated that CD73 negatively contribute to growth gliomas; however, function in glioma vessels is not clear. We analysed expression 72 patients using immunohistochemistry and correspondingly compared results with Edema index (EI). established an vitro model blood-tumour barrier vascular endothelial cells. Lastly, was inhibited cells, effects this inhibition on tight junction structure transendothelial resistance were observed. Compared normal brains, significantly decreased, amount lower centre tumour than periphery. The proportion CD73-positive had a positive correlation EI. cell decreased. inhibiting found decrease related proteins cells value electric resistance. which may play multi-functional role decreasing microvascular also increase accelerate formation PTBE.
