摘要: AIM: To investigate the expression of CD73 and hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in human gastric carcinoma, explore their clinical significance prognostic value. METHODS: HIF-1α expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry consecutive sections tissue samples from 68 carcinoma patients. The peritumor tissues 2 cm away tumor obtained served as controls. presence was analyzed using Envision technique. RESULTS: significantly higher than those mucosal control (P < 0.001) showed a close correlation (Spearman r = 0.390, P 0.001). Overexpression positively correlated with differentiation 0.000), histopathology 0.041), depth invasion 0.001), nodal status 0.003), metastasis 0.013), American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) stage High diameter 0.031), 0.022), AJCC 0.035). overall survival rate low patients high Moreover, CD73+/HIF-1α+ had worst prognosis proven to be an independent predictor for both multivariate Cox regression analysis 0.021) receiver operating characteristic curves 0.001). CONCLUSION: correlates closely carcinoma. could indicator
