摘要: Inflammation causes or accompanies a huge variety of diseases. Migration leukocytes from the blood into tissues, in and tissues to lymphatic vasculature is crucial formation resolution inflammatory infiltrates. In addition classical adhesion activation molecules, several other molecules are known contribute leukocyte traffic. Several them belong ectoenzymes, which cell surface having catalytically active sites outside cell. We will review here how ectoenzymes present on endothelial function as adhesins and/or modulate extravasation cascade through their enzymatic activities. Moreover, therapeutic potential immune modulators different experimental inflammation models clinical trials be discussed.
