摘要: BACKGROUND Most gastric cancer (GC) is sporadic and seem to be mostly related a cumulative effect of multiple environmental factors. Although the actual importance genetic factors has not yet been fully documented, GC with familial aggregation found have an incidence 10% 30%. MATERIALS AND METHODS Genetic contribute well-known autosomal dominant syndrome defined as hereditary diffuse (HDGC) which can germline mutations gene encoding E-cadherin (CDH1). It estimated that 1-3% cases are due HDGC. DISCUSSION CONCLUSION The authors review data on CDH1 in HDGC ,CDH1 testing criteria, treatment. They conclude pedigrees screening for essential improving management this disease.
