摘要: About 90% of gastric cancer (GC) cases appear in a sporadic setting. Nonetheless, high incidence areas familial aggregation rates have been recently described. Microsatellite instability (MSI) is thought to be an important molecular phenotype both GC and tumors the HNPCC spectrum. The aim this study was assess frequency MSI with aggregation. Five quasimonomorphic mononucleotide repeats (BAT-26, BAT-25, NR-24, NR-21 NR-27) were analyzed 250 patients. Seventy-five patients (30%) had at least one-first-degree family member affected by 63 (25.2%) showed MSI. significantly higher positive history (38.7%) compared other tumor types within (15.7%) or negative oncological (21.9%, P = 0.004). Within history, families only similar one observed colon (P 0.96). lung cancer, lower (5.6%, 0.007). occurs GCs Similar members cancer. same does not occur Our data seem suggest that for either alone share common etiological factors contrast cancers.
