摘要: The effective culture method to produce bacterial cellulose from fruit juices by Acetobacter xylinum NBRC 13693 was examined. Bacterial production various including orange, pineapple, apple, Japanese pear and grape were investigated, the possibility of producing those suggested. yields increased addition nitrogen source juices. In addition, it confirmed that orange suitable medium for a production. produced component such as peel squeeze residue, 0.65 g (dry weight) 100 g, solid residue about 17.2 g.
