摘要: Chromosome studies were performed on malignant cells obtained from 22 patients with non-Hodgkin lymphomas. A marker chromosome resulting a translocation that affected the long arm of No. 14 (14q +) was single most frequent abnormality and noted in these patients. The frequency 14q+ varied type lymphoma as defined by Rappaport. When Lukes Collins classification used, consistently associated lymphomas having clone large noncleaved cells, small cleaved but absent composed lymphocytes. findings suggest that, certain groups lymphoid malignancies, 14q have proliferative advantage compared other rearrangements, could be derived common progenitor.
