摘要: GLC films with single Ti interlayer, Cr thickness gradient Cr/C interlayer and composition were fabricated by magnetron sputtering technique. The microstructures, mechanical properties tribological performance under sliding friction in distilled water sea-water of the as-deposited investigated. Results showed that adhesion strength load-bearing capacity sliding-friction condition film could be improved effectively design. exhibited highest conditions water, which was closely related to nano-interlocked microstructure hard carbide phase formations inside interlayer. scratch test critical bearing load exceeded 50 N 2.73 GPa, respectively.
