摘要: Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) has been described under the names of mantle zone [1], intermediate [2–5], centrocyte [6,7] and diffuse small cleaved [8]. It is a type that requires special attention because its histological diagnosis not always easy to be made, particularly by unexperienced pathologists. Its clinical behaviour usually aggressive in considerable percentage cases (-25%) it may present with leukaemic picture, mimicking other chronic lymphoproliferative disorders. Therefore differential from latter considered crucial, for therapeutic purposes.
