摘要: Centrocytic lymphomas are defined in the Kiel classification as B-cell composed exclusively of cells resembling cleaved follicular center (FCC). These have been shown to be histologically, immunophenotypically, and clinically distinct from other FCC lymphomas. DNA 18 centrocytic (14 patients) was analyzed using Southern blotting probes for immunoglobulin heavy (JH) kappa light chain (JK) joining gene, T- cell receptor beta constant gene (CB), bcl-1, bcl-2, c-myc rearrangements. All had JH JK rearrangements, confirming their origin. None specimens detectable CB, or However, 4 14 patients (28.6%) rearrangement chromosome 11 bcl-1 locus. Therefore, genotypically distinguishable majority small by lack demonstrable bcl-2 This supports nature suggests importance putative oncogene these cases. Furthermore, frequent a possible role this locus pathogenesis at least some
