摘要: DNA samples from blood leukocytes or tumor biopsies of 45 patients with phenotypic B T cell neoplasms were analyzed for rearrangements the immunoglobulin (Ig) receptor (TCR) genes by Southern blot hybridization analysis. Rearrangements Ig heavy chain joining region (JH) present in each 28 lymphomas and leukemias; 14 21 these tumors also had kappa light (JK) deleting element (KDel) genes. Conversely, 16 17 leukemias rearranged TCR beta One one both There was a strong correlation between specific immunophenotype tumor: JH rearrangement without occurred only tumors; tumors, exception; JK KDel found tumors. Thus, to be highly sensitive markers monoclonal human lymphoid leukemias, type gene well correlated lineage neoplasms.
