摘要: Centrocytic lymphoma is a CD5-positive B cell neoplasm defined in the Kiel classification (Figure 1) [1]. This lymphoma, composed of cells resembling centrocytes (cleaved follicular center cells), distinguished from other small cleaved lymphomas by lack transformed cells, diffuse, vaguely nodular, or mantle zone growth pattern, and immunophenotypic differences (CD5+, CD10-, strong surface IgM and/or IgD expression) [1, 2]. Transformation to non-cleaved centroblastic (large cell) rare. Patients are usually males 50&3x2013;70 years age, who generally present with diffuse lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly, marrow involvement, have median survival > 4 years.
