摘要: Certain toxic compounds (T) such as, for example, based upon diphtheria toxin, ricin pseudomonas exotoxin, α-amanitin, pokeweed antiviral protein (PAP), ribosome inhibiting proteins, especially the proteins of barley, wheat, corn, rye, gelonin and abrin, as well certain cytotoxic chemicals melphalan daunomycin can be conjugated to analogs gonadotropin-releasing hormone form a class which, when injected into an animal, destroy gonadotrophs animal's anterior pituitary gland. Hence may used sterilize animals and/or treat sex related diseases.
