摘要: Multi-armed, monofunctional, and hydrolytically stable polymers are described having the structure (I) wherein Z is a moiety that can be activated for attachment to biologically active molecules such as proteins P Q represent linkage fragments join polymer arms polya polyb, respectively, central carbon atom, C, by linkages in absence of aromatic rings fragments. R typically hydrogen or methyl, but fragment includes another arm. A specific example an mPEG disubstituted lysine (II) where mPEGa mPEGb have CH3O-(CH2CH2O)nCH2CH2- n may same different polya- polyb- from 1 about 1,150 provide molecular weights 100 100,000.
