摘要: The nanotechnology offers some exciting possibilities in cancer treatment, including the possibility of destroying tumors with minimal damage to healthy tissue and organs by targeted drug delivery systems. Considerable achievements investigations aimed at use ZnO nanoparticles nanocontainers diagnostics antitumor therapy were described. However, there are substantial obstacles purposes be achieved zinc oxide nanosize materials therapy. Among serious problems techniques obtaining materials. article presents a new vector system for known drug, doxorubicin form polymeric (PEO, starch-NaCMC) hydrogels, which film certain thickness deposited directly on surface glass substrate DCmagnetron sputtering target. Anticancer activity vitro vivo those composites is shown. Keywords—Anticancer activity, specificity, doxorubicin, oxide.
