摘要: Background: The basophil activation test (BAT) represents a sensitive method that is available for the detection of sensitization to rye and wheat flour in bakers with obstructive allergic airway disease. Since ImmunoCAP® failes detect specific immunoglobulin E (IgE) part investigated disease, BAT should be used as an additional research method.
