摘要: The objective of the present study was to construct a novel type non-viral gene delivery vector with high efficiency and specific tumor cell-targeting ability. CP9 peptide (CYGGRGDTP) containing Arg-Gly-Asp sequence employed be conjugated onto polyethylenimine (PEI) act as role targeting moiety. chemical linker, N-succinimidyl-3-(2-pyridyldithio) propionate, applied during synthesis (CP9-PEI). physicochemical characteristics were evaluated by methods 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, gel retardation assay, electron microscope observation particle size detection. HepG2 cells used verify ability procedure free inhibition tests. results showed that successful CP9-PEI synthesized may efficiently condense plasmid DNA into round particles diameters ~200 nm at polymer/pDNA ratio 10. deliver reporter higher inhibited peptide. suggested modification PEI is an effective method vector, exhibits great prospect in field cancer therapy.
