摘要: The Guillain-Barre syndrome (GB S ), an acute polyradiculopathy with “albuminocytologic dissociation” in cerebrospinal fluid, is one of the best delineated entity among inflammatory processes affecting peripheral nervous system. Its pathological hallmark a segmental demyelination nerve associated interstitial and perivenous foci. It currently most common cause paralysis western countries 1–2/100,000 prevalence rate.
