摘要: Immunohistochemical and clinicopathological features of 58 gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) were studied. One occurred in the esophagus, 41 stomach, nine small intestine, seven large intestine. By using indirect immunoperoxidase staining for Cajal cell markers (c-kit protein CD34), smooth muscle (alpha-smooth actin, desmin, heavy caldesmon calponin) Schwann (S-100 Leu 7), GIST classified into five groups, such as type (n = 9), myogenic 5), 2), mixed 40) undifferentiated 2). c-kit Protein (42/58; 72%) CD34 (45/58; 78%) commonly diffusely expressed GIST.
