摘要: Due to the increased demand for reliable data regarding penetration into and permeation across human skin, assessment of absorption xenobiotics has been gaining in importance steadily. In vitro experiments allow determining these faster more easily than vivo experiments. However, described literature subsequent evaluation procedures differ considerably. Here we will give an overview on typical finite infinite dose performed fundamental research data. We point out possible difficulties that may arise a short attempts at predicting skin vivo.
