摘要: The present invention solves the problem of isolating nucleic acids from cells in presence growth medium. is particularly useful for extrachromosomal replicons such as plasmids. Cells are lysed medium which they were grown and isolated using a pipette tip column. A liquid handling robot can be used to isolate multiple samples simultaneously without need human intervention.
