摘要: The reproductive mechanism of Haemaphysalis longicornis is quite different from many other animal species. In this article, several characteristics parthenogenetic and bisexual populations H. were analyzed, including some important micro-structures, synchronized life cycle feature sequences mitochondrial 16S rRNA gene. results suggested even though observations the two similar to each other, differences also existed. genital apron females was wider than that females. Parthenogenetic individuals (except engorged females) significantly larger in weight (p<0.01; unfed nymph p<0.05); difference nymphal premoulting, female feeding preoviposition, egg incubation periods between significant (p<0.01); hatch percentage parthenogenesis lower population (69% 73%, respectively); had a slightly longer development (134 129 days, respectively). Hybridization attempts failed them. Comparing strains longicornis, strain inserted nucleotides thymine, genetic distance rDNA 0. order clarify relationships four species analyzed. divergence Hebei Xinjiang Rhipicephalus sanguineus 0, totally identical subspecies Hyalomma asiaticum 0.01. indicated relationship certainly closer subspecies, but farther same conspecies.
