摘要: In addition to its key role in complex motor function, the cerebellum is increasingly recognized have a cognition. Thus, and cognitive deficits can be associated with cerebellar degeneration. After unilateral lesion (folia VI) was caused by Quinolinic acid, CM-DiI labeled mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), which were isolated purified from bone marrow, transplanted into damaged folium. Motor function assessed using cylinder test, rotarod, hanging wire beam balance during 6 weeks after transplantation. Cognitive Morris water maze learning paradigm 3 Six transplantation surviving MSCs detectable QA-treated animals. The MSC-transplanted group showed markedly improved functional performance spatial memory, learning, locomotor asymmetry, dysmetria, abnormality neuromuscular strength equilibrium 2-6 compared controls. We found that lesions produced aspects of task. results indicate significantly reduce behavioral abnormalities these animals six engraftment. According this assay, cell therapy means marrow derived adult promises for treatment diseases.
