摘要: Cyclosporine A (CsA) is a potent and effective immunosuppressive agent, but its use frequently accompanied by severe renal toxicity. The causes for the nephrotoxicity of CsA have not been fully elucidated. Intrarenal vasoconstriction induced several different mediators, both in humans experimental animals proposed. present study was designed to investigate possible protective effect resveratrol on CsA-induced explore mechanism involved resveratrol's effect. Eight groups rats were employed this study, group 1 served as control, 2 treated with olive oil (vehicle CsA), 3 (20 mg/kg, s.c. 21 days), 4, 5 6 received along (2, 10 p.o. 24 h before days concurrently), respectively, 7 NOS inhibitor, L-NAME (10 mg/kg) 8 CsA. administration resulted marked oxidative stress, significantly deranged functions, reduced tissue urine nitrite levels markedly altered morphology.
