摘要: Despite significant advances in the administration of combination cytotoxic chemotherapy, overall 5-year survival rate is about 75% for a woman who has node-positive breat cancer, and metastatic disease considered incurable. Recent our understanding immune system have led to hope that manipulation this organ could be used as cancer treatment. Strategies been therapy breast include exogenous cytokines, vaccines, humanized monoclonal antibodies (mAb). Each these approaches discussed turn article.
