摘要: Concurrent combination of chemotherapeutic drugs is a promising alternative to single-agent therapies in cancer. In the present study, paclitaxel and parthenolide were loaded into mixed micelles tested against taxol sensitive (A549) resistant (A549-T24) NSCLC cell lines. Combination chemotherapy was further evaluated by isobologram analyses index calculations. Drugs film casting method using PEG(2000)-DSPE vitamin E-TPGS. Micelle characterization studies included determination particle size, encapsulation efficiency, vitro release kinetics, as well 1H NMR analysis. The both slower from micelles, which maintained an efficiency >95% chemical stability over storage period 45 days. IC50 determined MTT assay 108.6nM 21μM, respectively, while had 64.15nM A549 cells. lines, values 233nM 32μM, IC(50) 128nM. efficacy lines significantly increased when coencapsulted micelles. Mixed caused 79% death, higher than 46% death solution 70% compared 45% un-encapsulated drugs. Co-encapsulation with anticancer activity lung cancer
