摘要: This study evaluated 724 primary head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) in young old patients, with regard to clinical profile immunohistochemical expression of p53 protein. Associations among age, epidemiological clinicopathological parameters, survival analysis were evaluated. HNSCC people occurred 14.5% (median age 40.7years; male-to-female ratio 5.9:1). A statistical association was demonstrated between family history cancer, anatomical site. Among older a higher presence disease noted posterior sites. Expression found 71.7% the samples lesions patients. Survival showed that parameter is not reliable prognostic factor for HNSCC. cervical metastasis associated worse survival. The cancer patients could indicate genetic susceptibility molecular disturbances pathway seem be distinct.
