摘要: Insulin exerts profound effects on human physiology by controlling the activities of many enzymes, especially those involved in energy metabolism. Since actions insulin are highly complex, we conveniently divided them into six groups this review (Table 1). Group 1 represents initial phase actions, whereas 2 through 6 represent honnonal that involved: 2, phosphorylation certain protein kinases, most which also phosphorylated growth-promoting factors; 3, phosphatases and metabolic en­ zymes; 4, dephosphorylation several enzymes; 5, translocation membrane proteins; 6, regulation gene expression.
